The guidelines set by the Ministry, our clients and Guardian will be adhered to at all times; this we believe sets a continuing pattern that all our security personnel will take pride in recognizing as an important aspect in their continuing employment with Guardian and fulfilling their responsibility to our clients.
We also believe strongly in constant supervision of our security personnel, our presence is vital in developing a relationship that shows concern and trust, from which will develop positive work habits and continuing feedback which is vital in covering our client's needs.
